Dear reader,
A lot has been happening at Verbruggen over the past few months. We’ve been out meeting customers and partners, further developing our services and end-of-line solutions, while also continuing to strengthen our organization and our brand.
From a marketing perspective, I find it particularly interesting to see how much is currently evolving. We are taking an increasingly focused approach to different markets and regions, looking at how we can stay relevant to our customers. Not just by talking about what we build, but by listening carefully to what our customers need and understanding the developments shaping their markets. I experienced this first-hand recently at Fruit Attraction in Madrid. The conversations we had there provided plenty of new insights and ideas that we can take into our plans for the months ahead. Later in this newsletter, I’ll share some of my highlights from the show.
In this edition, we share insights from the agricultural sector, introduce our latest end-of-line solutions, and explore developments in the growing pet food industry. Different stories, but all good examples of how Verbruggen continues to move forward.
Want to keep up with what’s happening at Verbruggen between newsletters? Follow us on LinkedIn for the latest news, projects, customer stories and a look behind the scenes.
Enjoy the read!

Feet firmly on the ground, eyes on the future |
An interview with Henk Jan van Pijkeren
The agricultural sector is changing rapidly. Labor is becoming scarcer and more expensive, a new generation of entrepreneurs is taking over, and automation is becoming increasingly important. According to Henk Jan van Pijkeren, Sales Solutions Engineer at Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions, this calls for one thing above all: looking beyond today’s investment. “Think carefully about where you want to be twenty years from now. Automation is not just about reducing manual labor; it is about making your entire business future-proof.” |

“We want to make the investment process as easy as possible for the customer. It is not simply about installing a machine, but about identifying the complete solution that best fits their process.” |

The right part, right at your fingertips |
A sensor, cable, or relay: sometimes, a single small component is all it takes to bring an entire production line to a standstill. And when that happens, the last thing you want is to wait for a replacement part to arrive. That’s why Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions developed the Service Hub. Stocked with carefully selected spare parts, it provides dealers and customers with the essential components they need to carry out initial repairs right on-site. |

From October 6–8, Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions joined forces with Upmann Verpackungen and our Spanish partner Sensapack at Fruit Attraction in Madrid. Three days filled with interesting conversations, international connections and opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and build new ones. |
