There’s no denying that our company has undergone tremendous development in recent years. Not only do we now have a new factory building, but also our organization and the way we work together has evolved. All of this led to us being awarded the 2025 Entrepreneur Award earlier this year. That’s a truly wonderful recognition! It speaks volumes about trust.
Sometimes people ask me what I think of it all. To be honest, I never imagined or dreamed of what I see now when I walk through the company.
I can still remember it like it was yesterday: how we started 35 years ago with nothing in a small, rented space. For me personally, our own company was the realization of a childhood dream. A step we took with confidence.
It’s wonderful that these memories have been captured in a book titled “Built on Trust.” That title couldn’t have been chosen better. Amidst all the changes since our company’s start, there is one thing that hasn’t changed. What that is is enclosed in the book’s title. Trust is not manufacturable; it grows naturally as you take new steps through trial and error. Trust is a key word, the glue that binds people together. You cannot force winning trust. Trust must grow. Trust in yourself. Trust in one another. Trust in our products. Trust in our customers. Take good care of it.

“In the last week of May, I made a business trip through the Southeastern USA to visit existing and potential customers. I arrived on Memorial Day, a day dedicated to remembering and honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Upon arrival in the early afternoon, I drove from Atlanta to Greenville, South Carolina, where I stayed overnight. The next day, I visited several production facilities involved in gardening mixes, greenhouse tomatoes, and firewood processing. |
